Fujian Nanping Aluminum Sheet & Strip is a joint-venture between Fujian Nanping Aluminum and Fujian Metallurgy Holding with a registered capital of $38.65 million and 750 staff. We offer an industry chain from aluminum smelting to aluminum fabrication, aluminum electrolysis, aluminum casting, and aluminum processing (aluminum extrusions, aluminum sheets and strips).
We utilize the most advanced equipment such as the Fata-Hunter from Italy (six lines); 1850mm non-reversing cold rolling mills with four rollers; digital control sheetmetal equipment; static painting production lines from Ransburg in Japan; Ransmacs intelligent control systems; IAS intelligent control systems from the US, Finn-power Nc turret-type punch presses from Finland; Accurpress Nc plasma cutting machines from Canada; Ransburg static painting machines from Japan; and LVD Nc double action bending machines from Belgium.
We have a monthly production capacity of 6,000 tons of aluminum cast-rolling coils, 5,000 tons of aluminum sheets and coils, 40,000 tons of color-coated aluminum sheets and 500 tons of color-coated aluminum profiles. 4.3 percent of our sales revenue is invested in R&D every year. Our department has 78 staff launching one to two items monthly. We also work with Central South University, Northeastern University and South Technological University to do product research.
Our 41 QC personnel have more than three years of experience ensure that we abide by ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 regulations. 10 to 15 QC personnel at each production line use high tech testing machines such as central laboratory (CNAS) with national accreditation including ARL-9800 spectrum analyzers from Switzerland, AG-100KNG electronic tension testers and electronic tensile testers from Taotsin, Japan.
